Ready or not, here they come...

It took ALL week last week to get my room unpacked and set up. Boxes unpacked, bulletin boards and borders up, art supplies organized, furniture arranged, posters and calendar laminated... It all takes so. stinking. long! There's still lots to do to get it organized the way I'd like it, and I have gloriously large windowsills, so I'm going to go and buy some plants, but it's ready to go. Good thing, cause the new school year starts tomorrow.

GAK! TOMORROW!!!

I miss my co-workers already, and can't even imagine not seeing the same kids I've taught for five years in the halls, but I've met a smattering of new staff at the new school, and they seem nice. I really just want this year to get underway (well, kinda. I want more to still be on holidays! hehe!) so I can get settled in my new school.
